All payments must be made through PayPal and funds must clear before your banner campaign will begin. No refunds will be given.

When you're ready to get started, simply email your banner to Peddler@VillagePeddler.biz along with the number of impressions you would like to purchase. We will then invoice you through PayPal and your campaign will begin after payment is received.
